Basements are a great way of creating valuable extra space in Central London and can add significantly to the value of a building. We have experience of constructing single and double basements. These basements are often used for additional living areas, media rooms, gyms and also swimming pools.

We carried out extensive alterations to this house including very high quality joinery and decorations. The client was very pleased with our work and when two years later they moved to a new house we carried out the works at their new property. Our client recommended us to the new owners of this property and we refitted the house to the new owner’s requirements. The works included installing a ground source heat pump, new lift and air conditioning together with extensive joinery.

In the heart of Chelsea we removed every part of this house other than the brick walls. We then rebuilt the house with new floors, roof, windows, stairs, under floor heating and extensive Oak joinery. We also designed and manufactured the kitchen.

The project involved the demolition of the rear of the house, the construction of a large basement and subsequent reconstruction of the house above. The house was then refurbished to the highest standards incorporating the latest technology. The stone work, joinery and decorations have all been carried out to create an exceptional house.

The interior of this apartment was very carefully detailed by the architect. We were selected following a limited tender to carry out the manufacture of the joinery and the fitting out of the apartment. A huge amount of time went into the creation of the different features. The kitchen was made in our joinery to the architects design and was made using specially formed acrylic doors.

We carried out the complete refurbishment of this house. This included the supply of a kitchen to our own design. Since completion we have been engaged by the clients to carry out further works including an extension and the manufacture and installation of joinery.

We refurbished this house for a developer. The house is situated near Oxford Street and has been designed in a contemporary style. We installed a large amount of joinery including a complete stair case and hand carved handrail. Being built for a developer completing the project on time and within budget was of great importance.

This project was meticulously detailed by the architect and we carried out the building and joinery works to an exacting standard. We are able to work on existing or new builds, our years of experience really count. Call us to talk through your project.

We built this house on a design and build basis. The client, having been involved in the building industry insisted on the highest quality and the house received various awards for craftsmanship. The house was later sold and following a recommendation between the old and new owners we were engaged to build a dining room extension.

We have worked with the clients on a continual basis carrying out different phases of work. The photographs show an extension which was built using traditional building materials. Since completing this phase we have also carried out extensive works to further improve and repair the main house.

We have worked with the client’s family on many projects before and after this one. For this project we added a green Oak extension to this lovely house in Lavenham. The Oak frame was built in our joinery works and then erected at the house. The remainder of the house was also refurbished.

We carried out the complete refurbishment of this Suffolk country house. The project included the conversion of the roof space into living accommodation and a thorough refit of the house, including bathrooms, family rooms, bedrooms and fitted furniture.

An impressive Suffolk house which was in poor condition. We negotiated the contract to restore and refit the coach house to a very high standard. The clients then moved into the coach house whist we carried out a second project to sympathetically restore the main house. The project involved the careful restoration of sash windows and other joinery repairs with the absolute minimum of material replaced.

A new build house built on a lovely site in West Suffolk. This project came to us by recommendation and we built the house to architects details. The project involved a large amount of joinery made in our workshops including a bespoke kitchen of our own design. Part of the house was built in carefully selected air dried structural oak using traditional jointing methods (no steel was used other than the nails). We were able to provide a 10 year NHBC warranty on completion.
